What is Zumba?

Zumba is a fusion of Latin and international music and dance themes that create a dynamic, exciting, fun, and effective fitness program. Zumba incorporates a mix of body sculpting movements with easy to follow dance steps such as Cha-Cha, Salsa, belly dance, cumbia, bhangra and hip hop into a fun dance routine.
